Advertising Terms and Conditions:

goWhiteMountains.com is a targeted, marketing solution, specific to the Arizona White Mountains, developed and managed by Peak Dynamics LLC.

goWhiteMountains.com ad accounts will be billed by Peak Dynamics LLC.

1. Sponsorship Term and Payment

The sponsorship term begins on the date of invoice payment (or the agreed start date) and runs for the duration selected (monthly, annual, or custom). Payments are due in full upfront unless a written payment plan has been approved.

2. Cancellation and Termination 

• Sponsor may cancel or downgrade their sponsorship at any time by providing written notice to support@gowhitemountains.com.
• Cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period (monthly, or annual).
• No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation or for any unused portion of the sponsorship term.
• Peak Dynamics LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any sponsorship immediately, without refund, if the sponsor breaches these terms, uses the platform in a way that harms the organization’s reputation, or violates applicable law.

3. Changes to Terms, Benefits, or Pricing

Peak Dynamics LLC reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits, pricing, these terms and conditions, or the platform itself at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing (via email or posted on the sponsorship portal) at least 30 days before they take effect, except in cases of legal requirement or immediate platform changes needed for security/technical reasons. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Sponsorship provides visibility and marketing benefits as described, but Peak Dynamics LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes including (but not limited to) website traffic, leads, bookings, impressions, clicks, media value, or return on investment.

5. Content and Brand Usage Disclaimer

By entering into a sponsorship, you grant Peak Dynamics LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your logos, trademarks, and approved marketing materials for the purpose of fulfilling the sponsorship benefits. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the materials do not infringe third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Dynamics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from the sponsorship, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Force Majeure

Peak Dynamics LLC is not liable for failure to perform sponsorship benefits due to causes beyond its reasonable control (acts of God, war, pandemics, government restrictions, platform outages caused by third-party providers, etc.).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
